Nature of work
Organization of procurement of construction services and materials required for the implementation of the construction project;
Organization of tenders, search and selection of construction contractors, analysis of contract proposals, negotiations with contractors, preparation, coordination and signing of contract agreements;
Analysis of project documentation, control of quantities and prices of materials and works;
Negotiations with suppliers and manufacturers of materials, organization and control of supply to objects;
Preparation of reports on the work performed by contractors and submission to the project manager.

Employee requirements
Experience in organizing and executing procurement of construction services and materials required for the implementation of a construction project;
Education in the field of construction engineering;
Experience in procurement of contract works, experience in selecting contractors, experience in negotiations with suppliers of materials and goods and manufacturers;
Experience in preparing construction documentation, experience in drawing up schedules and estimates;
Knowledge of construction processes and technologies, knowledge of prices of works and materials.
