Your responsibilities:
Organization and execution of procurement of contract works, products, materials and equipment required for project construction (general construction works, excluding engineering systems)
Cooperation with existing partners and active development of relations with new suppliers
Search, evaluation and selection of new suppliers, development of long-term cooperative relations
Organization of long-term procurement and supply tenders, coordination and signing of purchase contracts according to the nature of the procurements being carried out
Conducting negotiations with suppliers, making reasoned decisions
Managing procurement process documentation, creating and maintaining a supplier database

Requirements
Knowledge of design, production, work execution technologies, pricing, Lithuanian and foreign market participants for successful procurement
Higher education in construction engineering or at least one year of successful work experience in large-scale procurement of construction works and/or products
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to solve complex situations related to the procurement process and determining the planned cost price;
Good knowledge of English, Polish would be considered an advantage
