Your responsibilities

  • Analysis and evaluation of proposals: Detailed analysis of commercial proposals of subcontractors and suppliers (from technical compliance to pricing details).
  • Preparation of analytical data: Preparation of comparative tables (estimates), cost analysis and provision of recommendations for decision-making.
  • Negotiation management: Active communication with suppliers and subcontractors, conducting negotiations on the best prices, payment terms and other commercial conditions.
  • Collaboration with the team: Close work with project managers and engineers, ensuring smooth flow of information and timely delivery of materials/services.
  • Documentation management: Coordination of contracts, documentation of procurement procedures and updating of the database.

Employee requirements

  • Education: Higher education in civil engineering (we also invite final year students).
  • Experience: Similar work experience in the construction sector (in the areas of purchasing, supply, estimating or project administration) is a great advantage.
  • Technical knowledge: Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical documentation.
  • Skills: Good computer skills (MS Office, AutoCad), excellent knowledge of Excel.
  • Analytical thinking and diligence: Ability to work with a large amount of information, attention to detail when preparing comparisons.
  • Communication skills: Strong negotiation skills, ability to substantiate one's opinion with arguments.
  • Result orientation: Desire to improve, initiative, unafraid to take responsibility and solve emerging challenges.

Salary

2000-3500 €/mon. gross
