Nature of work
- Organize procurement according to design and technical documentation;
- Prepare and coordinate tenders for the selection of subcontractors, evaluate received commercial offers;
- Search for new subcontractors, expand and administer the partner database;
- Prepare, administer and manage documentation, orders and contracts related to procurement processes;
- Search for alternative solutions and more favorable procurement conditions;
- Cooperate with project managers, work managers and other departments of the company, ensuring a smooth procurement process and provision of facilities.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in construction, engineering, economics, management or similar field (final year students are also welcome);
- Similar work experience would be a great advantage;
- Ability to read and understand technical and design documentation;
- Analytical thinking and ability to compare and evaluate information;
- Responsibility, diligence and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Good computer skills, especially MS Excel.
