Responsibilities:
- Analyze project documentation in order to determine and assess the scope of procurement.
- Prepare tender materials and organize tenders for the purchase of construction contracts, materials and services.
- Collect, evaluate and compare received offers, analyze their compliance with the project documentation and the approved budget.
- Conduct negotiations with selected contractors and suppliers, prepare and coordinate contracts.
- Cooperate closely with construction management, property management and commercial teams.
- Search for new partners and maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing partners in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
- Prepare statistical reports, fill in and constantly update databases.
Expectations for you:
- You have a higher education in engineering, construction or another related field.
- You have at least 1 year of work experience in the real estate development or construction sector.
- You are able to analyze design and technical documentation, you are familiar with construction technologies and processes.
- You are proficient in and work with Excel.
- You have excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills.
- You are analytical, meticulous, responsible and result-oriented.
- You are fluent in spoken and written English.
