WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH US:
- You will study project documentation and look for rational solutions;
- You will prepare tender materials;
- You will conduct surveys of material suppliers and manufacturers;
- You will analyze received offers and prepare purchase reports;
- You will conduct negotiations;
- You will conclude and control contract agreements;
- You will search for construction contractors for the development of residential and commercial projects;
- You will be responsible for construction documents and perform other functions related to these duties.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Have a construction education;
- Have similar work experience;
- Have a professional and positive attitude, negotiation skills;
- Know the methods and procedures for preparing and processing estimates;
- Know how to "read" construction drawings;
- Know construction technologies and materials;
- Have good computer skills (MS Office, AutoCad);
- Be proactive, energetic and able to work independently.
