UAB "Kalvasta Statyba" is expanding its activities and invites a responsible and organized procurement engineer to join its team in Vilnius, who will be responsible for organizing and implementing the procurement of materials, services and subcontractors required for construction projects. This is a great opportunity to contribute to significant projects and work in a dynamic construction environment.
Your main tasks will be:
- Organize procurement of construction materials, equipment and services according to project needs;
- Search and select suppliers, negotiate prices, terms and other terms of cooperation;
- Prepare orders, procurement documents and draft contracts;
- Coordinate the execution of orders and ensure that materials and equipment reach the objects on time;
- Cooperate with project managers and other departments of the company;
- Analyze prices, procurement results and supplier performance and submit proposals.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education or equivalent (an advantage is a construction engineering education);
- You are familiar with construction materials, products and the supply market;
- You are able to plan work, manage several tasks at the same time and meet deadlines;
- You are able to analyze commercial offers and make economically sound decisions;
- You have good negotiation and communication skills;
- You work well with MS Office programs and understand construction drawings;
- You have a valid category B driver's license.
