Nature of work
- Organization of procurement of metal products, structures, building materials and other components required for production and installation;
- Search for suppliers in Lithuania and abroad, request and analysis of commercial offers;
- Coordination of prices, delivery terms and payment terms with suppliers;
- Planning of purchases according to project, production and installation needs;
- Placing orders, controlling their execution and ensuring delivery terms;
- Analysis of technical specifications, drawings and material needs;
- Cooperation with project managers, designers, production and installation teams;
- Search for alternative materials and suppliers in order to optimize the price and terms of purchases;
- Formation, maintenance of a supplier database and creation of long-term cooperative relationships;
- Administration of procurement documentation, orders and related data.
Employee requirements
- Experience in purchasing, supply or similar work;
- Ability to independently organize the procurement process and manage several tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to analyze commercial offers, negotiate with suppliers and make economically sound decisions;
- Responsibility, diligence, independence and result orientation;
- Good communication, organizational and negotiation skills;
- Good computer skills, especially in working with Excel;
- Ability to plan work and ensure timely supply of materials and products.
