We are looking for someone who:
- Has a higher education in finance, accounting, economics or a similar field
- Has accumulated 3-5 years of experience in the field of accounting, of which 1-2 years were spent leading a team or function
- Has a good knowledge of the accounting, VAT and document justification requirements of the Republic of Lithuania
- Has experience working with ERP, accounting and document management systems
- Is able to manage processes, deadlines and priorities and ensure control in a larger organization
- Is characterized by analytical thinking, diligence, responsibility, initiative and good teamwork skills
We will trust you:
- Organizing and ensuring the work of the purchasing and settlement accounting team in the Group
- Controlling the quality and timeliness of the processes of registering, reconciling and paying suppliers' invoices
- Ensuring the accuracy of accounting records related to purchases, debts to suppliers and settlements
- Standardizing and improving purchasing and settlement accounting processes, reducing manual work
- Participation in initiatives for the development and automation of accounting and document management systems
- Cooperation with purchasing, warehouse, finance, IT and other departments in resolving procedural issues
- Team development, distribution of responsibilities and ensuring work discipline and results
