PURCHASE AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

UAB "MAVIS" is successfully growing and is looking for a team member in Vilnius who will become an important link in organizing procurement and logistics processes.
We are one of the leading companies in Lithuania, supplying chemical raw materials to customers in various production areas. We import and export goods in domestic and foreign markets.
Our customers are companies from the industrial chemistry, paint and construction materials production, agriculture, food industry, microelectronics, automotive chemistry, laboratories, metal processing and water treatment sectors.
Our goal is to ensure the highest quality supply and build long-term, reliable relationships with suppliers and customers.

You will organize international cargo transportation by air, sea and land transport.
You will organize, coordinate and control procurement processes.
You will negotiate with suppliers and ensure favorable terms of cooperation.
You will cooperate with suppliers and partners in the European Union and other global markets.
You will prepare and administer documentation related to purchases and logistics.

Higher or higher education (advantage – in the fields of chemistry, logistics, business or engineering).
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages – an advantage.
At least 2 years of experience in the field of procurement, logistics or supply.
Specific work experience with chemical/product documentation, production control documentation, environmental protection, knowledge of veterinary requirements – an advantage.
Good negotiation, planning and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and responsibly.

From 2441 €/mon. gross
Starting salary can be adjusted depending on your experience and competencies.
