📌 Nature of work
- Administration of purchase and sales orders and updating data in the accounting program Rivilė;
- Coordination of order execution, monitoring deadlines and process control;
- Assistance to purchase and sales managers in administering daily processes;
- Data analysis, report preparation and work with MS Excel;
- Document administration, processing of purchase invoices and other related information;
- Cooperation with logistics, warehouse, finance and other company departments;
- Communication with suppliers or partners in English, when required in work processes;
- Contribution to process improvement and smooth team work.
✅ We hope you
- Have work experience in administration, purchasing, sales, supply or customer service (advantage);
- Work well with MS Excel and other MS Office programs;
- Have good oral and written English (knowledge of German is an advantage);
- You are diligent, responsible and able to plan your work;
- Have good analytical, communication and teamwork skills;
- You are proactive, willing to learn and improve;
- Experience working with the accounting program Rivilė would be an advantage;
- Are interested in the automotive market or automotive industry (advantage).
