We are looking for a procurement professional or a strong analyst who is able to manage processes, see the big picture and make independent decisions. We are not just looking for a “data logger” – we need a team member whose negotiation skills and planning determine the rhythm of the entire factory.
Your main functions:

Your main functions:
- Purchase management: Planning and organizing the purchase and supply processes of the necessary raw materials, fittings and other goods required for production and operations.
- Supplier network and negotiations: Searching for suppliers, maintaining relationships and negotiating the most favorable prices, payment deferrals and delivery terms.
- Analytics and ERP management: Analyzing purchase flows, balances and data using MS Excel and the modern Odoo ERP system.
- Supply chain fluidity: Maintaining optimal warehouse levels and managing downtime risks.
- Flow coordination: Close cooperation with production, warehouse and other departments.
Employee requirements
- Experience in procurement or supply (experience in a manufacturing company is a big advantage!).
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) for daily communication with foreign partners.
- High-level MS Excel skills (data analysis, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP formulas, etc.).
- Negotiation skills and analytical thinking: ability to see several steps ahead and defend the interests of the company.
- Independence and responsibility: ability to plan your own time and make decisions in a dynamic environment.

- Motivating salary and transparent system: 1,600 – 2,300 € (gross) + bonus system. Salary is regularly reviewed every year according to the company's remuneration evaluation system.
