We are looking for a Procurement and Supply Specialist who would independently manage assigned material categories and become part of the supply chain. You will be responsible for managing purchase orders, selecting suppliers and delivering materials and services in a timely and cost-effective manner for our international facade projects. This is a position for someone who wants to not only perform a supply role, but also make decisions, propose changes and manage supplier relationships.
Salary: €2,250-3,370/month excluding taxes (~€1,450-2,035 in cash). The specific remuneration depends on experience and competencies.

Future responsibilities:
- Manage assigned material and service categories
- Search, evaluate and select suppliers and maintain relationships with existing ones
- Negotiate commercial terms: prices, delivery terms and quality
- Coordinate material deliveries according to project, production and installation schedules
- Monitor supply progress, identify risks and proactively resolve supply issues
- Administer all material-related documents (invoices, declarations of conformity, etc.)
- Collaborate with project, logistics, production, warehouse, quality and finance teams
- Monitor the market and look for cost optimization and process improvement opportunities
Expectations for a future collaborator:
- 1+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain or production planning
- Negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good communication skills when working with internal and external partners
- Good MS Office (especially Excel) skills
- Good oral and written English (for communicating with international suppliers)
- Advantage: experience in construction, manufacturing or technical procurement.
