Nature of work
We are looking for a responsible, proactive and organized team member who would ensure the smooth provision of the clinic with the necessary equipment, coordinate communication with suppliers and contribute to the organization of daily activities.
Main responsibilities:

- ordering medical materials, equipment and other goods;
- communication with existing suppliers, coordination of orders;
- search for new suppliers, analysis of offers;
- search for new products and solutions;
- collaboration with doctors and other clinic staff to ensure the availability of necessary equipment;
- monitoring of stocks and planning of demand;
- perform assigned administrative tasks;

- have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- are computer literate (MS Office, Excel);
