Nature of work:
We are looking for a Procurement and Supply Manager to join our team and be responsible for the smooth management of supply processes in project activities.
In this position, I worked closely with the sales, project management and finance teams, ensuring that the goods required for client projects were ordered, delivered on time and in accordance with approved estimates.

Your main tasks:
- I will organize the purchase of goods and coordinate the supply process from placing an order to delivery of goods.
- I will administer procurement documentation: invoices, CMRs, waybills, advance payments and other supply-related documents.
- You will manage communication with suppliers, transport partners, customs brokers and internal company departments.
- You will ensure the administration of goods data in systems and control of warehouse balances.
- You will prepare reports related to the purchase and supply of goods.
Employee requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in project procurement and supply.
- Higher education.
- Able to work with a large amount of information and manage several processes simultaneously.
- You are meticulous, responsible and result-oriented.
- Have good negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to work with Excel and business management systems.
- Have good English language skills (B2 level).
- Experience with customs procedures, Intrastat reports or Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be an advantage.

Salary
From 2800 €/month excluding taxes.
The specific remuneration would depend on the candidate's competence.
