In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Coordination of the purchasing process of raw materials, goods and services
- Administration of purchase orders and their execution control
- Cooperation with suppliers, search for new suppliers and evaluation of commercial offers
- Monitoring of market and price trends in order to ensure competitive purchasing conditions
- Administration of purchase contracts and control of delivery terms
- Ensuring effective inventory management in cooperation with other departments
- Participation in initiatives to improve the efficiency and cost optimization of purchasing and supply processes
We hope you:
- Has a university or higher education (in business, economics, logistics, supply chain management or a related field)
- Has at least 1-2 years of work experience in the field of procurement, supply, logistics or administration
- Has good Excel and data analysis skills and is able to quickly master new IT systems
- Has analytical thinking, is able to identify opportunities and make decisions based on data
- Has good communication, collaboration and negotiation skills
- Has excellent knowledge of English
