YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure a smooth raw materials and/or packaging purchasing process from order dispatch to delivery.
- Coordinate order fulfillment in the ERP system (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics NAV).
- Monitor delivery deadlines and promptly resolve issues of delays or discrepancies.
- Administer purchasing documents (orders, invoices, contracts).
- Account for invoices, credit notes in the ERP program.
- Ensure data accuracy and traceability in systems (ERP, Excel, SharePoint).
- Create raw materials/packaging cards in the ERP program.
- Cooperate with production, warehouse and quality department.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher or higher education (business, logistics, management, etc.).
- Experience in the field of procurement, supply or administration would be an advantage.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics NAV - a big advantage).
- Good skills in working with Excel.
- Knowledge of English (for communication with foreign suppliers).
