Nature of work:
- Organize tenders for the purchase of contractors, suppliers and building materials according to the prepared projects and tasks submitted by construction managers.
- Actively search for potential contractors and suppliers, establish and maintain business relationships with them.
- Collect, analyze and compare supplier proposals, prepare order information and provide recommendations to construction managers.
- Agree on procurement terms with contractors and suppliers, coordinate the process until the contract is concluded.
- Administer procurement documents and cooperate with the company's lawyer in preparing and coordinating contracts.
- Register invoices and transfer them to responsible employees.
- Visit construction sites, meet with contractors and monitor the progress of work.
Requirements:
- Education in construction, civil engineering or similar field.
- At least 1 year of work experience in the construction sector.
- Knowledge of construction processes, projects and building materials.
- Good Excel skills and ability to work with AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, courage to establish contact with contractors and suppliers.
- Responsibility, initiative, organization and ability to independently plan work.
- Own car and ability to travel to construction sites.
- Knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage.
