You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining relations with existing suppliers of materials and accessories and searching for new suppliers.
- Coordination of supply conditions (prices, terms, etc.), preparation and administration of contracts.
- Obtaining the necessary documentation (materials, accessory specifications) from suppliers.
- Planning, organizing and managing the supply process according to assigned sales orders.
- Monitoring and evaluating supplier performance indicators (price, quality, delivery terms).
- Administration and control of supplier compliance documents (certificates, test reports, declarations of conformity, etc.).
- Cooperation in ensuring compliance of products and materials with customer and legal requirements.
- Coordination of international transportation processes and control of delivery terms.
- Recording discrepancies and coordinating problem solutions with suppliers.
- Data maintenance in ERP systems (NAV, Business Central, etc.).
- Control of stock levels of materials and accessories.
- Search, evaluation and development of materials, accessories and technological solutions for public procurement - ensuring compliance with technical specifications, certification requirements, quality standards and completeness of documentation.
- Cooperation with sales and production teams to prepare competitive offers for public procurement tenders (material alternatives, pricing, delivery terms).
We hope you:
- You have a higher education (textile or sewing technology - an advantage).
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
- You have successful work experience in the field of supply or logistics in the sewing / textile industry.
- You have strong planning, organizational and negotiation skills.
- You are able to analyze technical specifications and work with documentation related to public procurement.
- You are able to work with ERP systems (NAVision / Business Central - an advantage).
- You are good at MS Excel (Pivot, Power Query, data analysis).
- You have experience working with international suppliers.
- You are able to make independent decisions and manage several tasks at the same time.
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages (German, Polish, etc.) would be considered an advantage.
