About us
We are currently looking for a Procurement Planning Coordinator who will contribute to smooth supply chain management, coordinate raw material delivery deadlines, and help ensure stable production planning.
Nature of work:
- Monitoring, coordinating and controlling raw material delivery dates in the ERP system.
- Coordinating the supply chain, ensuring the availability of raw materials according to production needs.
- Collaborating with purchasing managers, production planning department and suppliers.
- Managing accurate information about raw material deliveries and their changes.
- Monitoring delivery risk and initiating problem resolution.
- Participating in the improvement of purchasing and planning processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain coordination or planning.
- Good planning, organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, thoroughness and responsibility.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Good computer skills (MS Office); Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
