Our client is a successful timber export and import company, expanding into international markets and looking for new partners and innovative solutions. We are looking for a PURCHASING PROJECT MANAGER for the Baltic market to join our team.
Nature of work
- Identification of new suppliers, development and maintenance of long-term business relationships;
- Organization, coordination of procurement processes and control of order execution;
- Preparation of commercial offers and contracts;
- Ensuring the quality and compliance of products (sawn timber) with requirements;
- Organization of business meetings, conducting negotiations with suppliers;
- Monitoring market changes, implementing innovative procurement solutions and integrating artificial intelligence tools into daily operations.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education;
- At least 3 years of similar work experience in active sales or purchasing – required (industry is not important);
- Excellent knowledge of Polish, Russian and English – required (other languages are an advantage);
- Ability to work with artificial intelligence tools and apply them in practice;
- Experience in planning, coordinating and managing several projects simultaneously;
- Very good communication and negotiation skills, initiative, ambition, drive.
