Main tasks:
- Develop and centralize the network of subcontractors (furniture production, metal, glass, stone, painting, CNC, etc. areas).
- Establish and maintain long-term partnership relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Visit suppliers, assess their capabilities, production processes and check quality on site.
- Organize and carry out supplier selections, tenders, negotiations and price and quality assessments.
- Cooperate with project managers in order to accurately understand needs and find the most optimal solutions.
- Analyze the market, search for new suppliers, alternative materials and technological solutions.
- Ensure transparency of the procurement process, timely execution and compliance with company standards.
- Contribute to the improvement of supplier evaluation, risk identification, category strategies and procurement processes.
Position requirements:
- Experience in procurement, supply or project management (preferably in the furniture, manufacturing or construction sectors).
- Understanding of project activities, deadline management and technical needs analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, coordinating several projects simultaneously.
- Good skills in working with Excel and ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Driving license (category B).
