Today, we invite a Purchasing Project Manager for the Technology category (equivalent to Tech Sourcing Manager) to join the Artea Procurement and Supplier Management team.

We are currently developing a modern procurement and supplier management function, so we are looking for someone who would like to contribute not only to daily procurement, but also to the development of new processes, standards and best practices.

If you like strategic technology procurement, negotiations with suppliers and cooperation with business – we are on our way.

You will be #closer every day and:

• You will plan and implement procurement, including strategic ones – in the areas of software, cloud, IT services and other technological solutions;
• You will develop and implement procurement strategies for assigned categories;
• You will organize tenders (RFI, RFP, RFQ), conduct negotiations and manage supplier selection processes;
• You will consult with business and technical teams in choosing the best solutions;
• You will contribute to the development of Source-to-Pay processes and the implementation of procurement best practices;
• I will collaborate with legal, risk, information security and other teams.

To be #closer, you will need:

• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in procurement or category management;
• Good understanding of the Source-to-Pay process (CIPS or similar practice would be an advantage);
• Ability to independently manage complex procurement projects and negotiations;
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
• Good knowledge of English.

Advantages:

• You are knowledgeable in the IT procurement category (software, IT services or infrastructure);
• You have worked in the financial sector;
• You have experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer or other S2P platforms;
• You are interested in supplier risk management and the regulatory environment.

• Salary. The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competencies, therefore we indicate only the possible range: from 2600.00 to 3890.00 EUR excluding taxes.
