OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
The purpose of the position is to ensure a smooth procurement process.
- You will prepare/update the budget for the construction part of the project;
- You will be responsible for the procurement of contract/general contracting works in accordance with the established procedure;
- You will prepare and administer procurement tenders/surveys;
- You will analyze the received purchase offers and provide recommendations;
- You will participate in negotiations with suppliers and contractors/general contractors;
- You will seek innovative solutions in projects and contribute to their implementation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- You have a higher education (in civil engineering or a related field);
- You have at least 3 years of experience in the fields of real estate contracting/general contracting procurement and construction project management;
- You have excellent analytical skills, strong negotiation skills and are able to effectively plan and coordinate budget preparation and procurement processes;
- You have good MS office skills (excel, word);
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and English.
