Nature of work
- you will coordinate and execute not only small, but also large and international value purchases both within our company and at the group level - from planning and preparation for the purchase to negotiations and conclusion of contracts;
- you will ensure that everything is not only in accordance with the law, but also with the highest standards of transparency, efficiency and sustainability;
- you will contribute to the implementation of decisions of the group companies through smart and responsible procurement management;
- you will work with suppliers, partners, experts - sometimes at the negotiating table, and sometimes - in the context of innovative ideas;
- you will monitor market trends and changes in the law, propose new ideas and innovative solutions and be an ambassador(s) for change.
Employee requirements
- higher education (law, management, finance, economics - an advantage);
- experience in the field of public procurement;
- knowledge of the Law on Public Procurement of the Republic of Lithuania and/or the Law on Procurement and the ability to apply it in practice;
- responsibility, transparency and the ability to maintain respectful and open relationships are essential qualities for successful work;
- excellent cooperation skills, systematic and analytical skills;
- English language proficiency at least B2 level;
- experience using procurement management systems;
- advantage: valid public procurement specialist certificate.
