Nature of work:
- Enter and administer purchasing data in the ERP system (product cards, variants, other related information).
- Upload layouts, images and other technical information into the systems.
- Enter supplier purchase orders (PO) into external / supplier platforms.
- Check supplier invoices against purchase orders and reconcile data.
- Administer purchase orders for standard goods.
- Register and track urgent shipments, ensuring accuracy of information.
- Prepare and update product catalogs and related documentation.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely entry of data into the systems.
Requirements:
- Diligence, attention to detail and a responsible approach to data entry and task execution. •Ability to meet deadlines and work in a structured manner.
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word).
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365) is an advantage.
- English language skills (especially written).
- Organization and ability to work in a team.
- Want to learn and develop in the field of procurement and supply. •Higher or higher education in management, logistics or another related field is an advantage.
- Work experience in administration, data entry or a similar field is an advantage.
