Nature of work
To carry out the acquisition of goods, services and works necessary for the Company through public procurement;
To ensure that the provisions and requirements of legal acts regulating public procurement are complied with when carrying out the acquisition of goods, services and works;
To advise the Company's employees on public procurement planning, value calculation, preparation of technical specifications, determination of qualification requirements, preparation of procurement documents and other public procurement issues;
To resolve issues related to the implementation of procurement and system improvement;
To participate in analyzing the procurement management system in the company, the possibilities of implementing IT tools, to initiate methods of improving and optimizing procurement activities, to propose systematic methods of solving problems and to contribute to their implementation;
To participate in preparing/revising the company's internal documents regulating the implementation of procurement and standard forms of documents, contracts and other forms.

Employee requirements
You have a higher education;
You have at least 3 years of work experience in public procurement procedures;
You have experience in preparing public procurement processes and regulatory procedures in companies (including standard forms of documents and contracts);
You have a good command of the state language;
You have English and/or Russian at least at level A2;
You have excellent computer skills, you know how to work with the Microsoft Office software package;
You have good communication and collaboration skills.
