Purchasing Department Manager (for purchasing contract management)

Ensure proper supervision and control of assigned contracts throughout their life cycle - from signing to execution or termination;
Analyze contract terms, identify potential risks and provide proposals for their management;
Initiate, prepare and coordinate contract amendments;
Control the deadlines for the performance of works, supply of goods or provision of services specified in assigned public procurement contracts, identify potential and existing delays, assess their consequences and propose measures to eliminate them;
Carry out low-value public procurement and procurement through CPO LT;
Check, accept and approve invoices under contracts in the General Account Administration Information System (SABIS).

You have a higher or higher education;
2 or more years of work experience in preparing, coordinating and administering public procurement contracts and implementing low-value public procurement;
Advantage – work experience with the CPO LT catalog and public procurement procedures;
Ability to analyze contract performance, assess risks and make decisions;
Responsibility, insight, result orientation, ability to draw reasonable conclusions;
Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively cooperate and work in a team.
