UAB GTV Group is inviting a procurement specialist to join the team, who will be responsible for the procurement of goods, materials, tools, inventory and services necessary for the company's operations.
Nature of work
- Purchase of goods and equipment necessary for the company's needs: packaging materials, production tools, work tools, furniture, office supplies, household goods, etc.
- Search, selection and comparison of offers from suppliers.
- Organization of tenders for the purchase of goods and services.
- Continuous negotiations with suppliers on prices, delivery terms and other conditions.
- Formation, coordination and administration of orders.
- Control of delivery terms, quantities and quality of goods.
- Coordination of inventories and needs
- Cooperation with company departments on procurement needs.
We hope you:
- You have experience in purchasing, supply, administration, logistics or a similar field.
- You are able to communicate with suppliers and negotiate prices and conditions.
- You know how to compare offers, analyze prices and systematize information.
- You are responsible, meticulous, organized and independent.
- You have good computer skills, you know how to work with Microsoft Excel and other office programs.
- You are able to plan work, meet deadlines and promptly resolve emerging issues.
