Main responsibilities:
- Prepare agreements on the amendment and/or termination of procurement contracts
- Consult on the application of procurement contract provisions
- Improve and make procurement document templates, procurement management tools and measures more efficient in order to make activities more efficient and standardize
- Systematically solve problems arising during procurement execution in order to ensure the quality, efficiency, legality, and innovativeness of procurements carried out by the LTG Group of Companies
- Apply LEAN principles in procurement activities
- Develop good procurement practices
- Organize training and consult employees of the Procurement Department and other departments on procurement and contract execution issues
What do we expect?
- Higher university education in the field of law
- Knowledge of public procurement
- Experience in the field of public procurement or law
- Fluent and well-reasoned presentation of thoughts in writing and orally
- Analytical thinking, organization, orientation towards results, efficiency and customers
- Flexibility in complex situations
- Cooperation, diplomacy, communication
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to accumulate, systematize, summarize information
- Fluent Lithuanian, good knowledge of English
