About the position:
- Conducting negotiations with suppliers;
- Searching for and introducing alternative suppliers;
- Continuous maintenance of relations with suppliers;
- Preparing contracts with suppliers;
- Ensuring that purchased raw materials meet quality standards;
- Continuous market analysis;
- Planning, controlling and continuously improving supply processes;
- Organizing warehouse activities and managing inventories;
- Close cooperation with other company departments, ensuring a proper and timely purchasing process;
- Distribution, organization, control and motivation of subordinate employees' tasks and work.
We expect from you:
- At least 2 years of successful work experience in the field of procurement;
- Higher education;
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Computer literacy;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing work environment;
- Good analytical, planning and problem-solving skills;
- Experience in a manufacturing or metalworking company.
