IN OUR DAILY WORK, WE WILL TRUST YOU:
Assist the purchasing manager in daily activities and implementing the purchasing strategy.
Coordinate the smooth supply of strategic raw materials, materials and other goods according to agreed schedules, forecasts and actual demand.
Ensure a smooth supply process in cooperation with internal departments and suppliers.
Manage transportation processes: coordinate delivery deadlines, resolve logistics issues.
Analyze transportation prices, their dynamics and trends, provide insights on optimizing transportation costs.
Ensure consistent communication with suppliers and carriers (verbally and in writing).
Prepare import and other documentation related to orders and transportation.
Carry out purchases of assigned (non-strategic) categories of goods and materials, seeking the most optimal price-quality ratio.
Participate in the search, assessment and cooperation development processes of new suppliers.
Prepare and analyze various procurement, logistics and supply reports.

WE EXPECT YOU TO:
You have a university or higher education (preferably in logistics, supply chain management, business management or similar field).
You are computer literate and have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel).
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and are able to communicate professionally with foreign partners.
You are analytical, have good data management and reporting skills.
You work well in a team and collaborate with various departments of the organization.
Advantages:
