UAB "Termoizola" invites a Purchasing Manager to join the team, who will help ensure a smooth process of purchasing and supplying materials, goods and services.
We are looking for someone with experience in purchasing, supplying or logistics, who is able to independently organize daily tasks, follow deadlines, work with documents and systems and maintain smooth communication with suppliers and company departments.

Your main responsibilities:
- Order materials, goods and coordinate their supply and delivery;
- If necessary, order transport and coordinate related issues;
- Work with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system - administer orders, check information and coordinate the ordering process until receipt;
- Check received invoices, assign them to objects, control receipt and transfer documents to accounting;
- Administer documents related to purchases and supplies - SDL, ESD, waybills, etc.;
- Ensure the supply of employees of the Export Department - organize the ordering, acceptance and preparation of work clothes, tools, equipment and other necessary goods for shipment;
- Organize employee accommodation as needed;
- Cooperate with production, export, warehouse, accounting and other departments of the company, ensuring a smooth procurement and supply process.
What do we expect from you?
- Have experience in purchasing, supply, logistics, administration or similar work;
- Able to independently organize work, track order statuses, deadlines and related documents;
- You are meticulous, responsible and attentive to details;
- Able to manage several different tasks and priorities at the same time;
- Have good computer skills, able to work with Excel and other business systems;
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage. If you have not worked with the system yet, we will provide the opportunity to learn it;
- Knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage;
- Higher education is not necessary - we value practical experience, a responsible attitude and the ability to perform quality work.
