In this position, the bulk of the work will be preparing commercial offers. Our specificity is that the offer starts with calculating the BOM estimate for electronic components from 200+ suppliers. It goes without saying that we work with a specialized RFQ management system and Power BI analytics, but endless Excels, delivery delays and manual work are a guaranteed part of everyday life. We also promise a fast pace of work, a friendly team and daily puzzles trying to understand what exactly the customer wants.

In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Managing requests to suppliers through the RFQ system and providing commercial offers to the Sales Department;
- Working with supplier orders;
- Providing various reports to suppliers/customers (based on raw materials used);
- Uploading data to business management systems;
- Creating product cards and entering data into the business management system;
- Updating product information in the business management system (packaging sizes, prices, suppliers, delivery times, etc.).
Employee requirements
- Ability to quickly process different information;
- Good communication skills;
- Good computer skills (MS office);
- English language skills (reading and writing);
- Orientation towards process efficiency, digitalization;
