Nature of work:
- Purchase of construction materials, tools, equipment and other goods required by the company.
- Collection of the company's purchasing needs and execution of purchases from receipt of the need to delivery.
- Search for suppliers in Lithuania and abroad.
- Sending price requests, collection, comparison and analysis of offers from several suppliers.
- Active negotiations on prices, discounts, delivery terms, payment and other commercial conditions.
- Search for alternative suppliers, products and more economically beneficial solutions.
- Submission of orders, control of their execution and delivery terms.
- Monitoring market prices and systematizing procurement information.
UAB "BIOPROLIT" is looking for a responsible and proactive procurement manager who will coordinate the company's purchases and ensure that the necessary goods and materials are purchased on time, at a competitive price and under the best possible conditions.
What we expect from you:
- Good written and oral English skills.
- Ability to independently search for suppliers, information and alternatives.
- Good negotiation, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze and compare commercial offers.
- Responsibility, diligence, initiative and result orientation.
- Ability to coordinate multiple purchases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Good computer skills; Excel is an advantage.
- Experience in purchasing, supply or construction materials is an advantage.
