A professional team of employees, working only according to the principles of the highest quality of work, is currently inviting a new procurement manager to join us for work with a private brand, who would contribute to the search for new products, negotiations with manufacturers and coordination of the Private Brand development processes.

If you are interested in:
- Private brand product tendering and their equivalents — preparation of tender documents and specifications, preparation of materials;
- communication with suppliers/manufacturers, negotiations on supply conditions, preparation and maintenance of contracts;
- participation in the private brand product selection process;
- ensuring the quality of private brand products, mandatory documentation;
- search for new products in foreign markets, introduction into the Aibė network assortment;
- market monitoring and analysis, determination of the need for Private Brand products, submission of proposals;
- Coordination of work and deadlines of the private label product development process and ensuring timely completion;
- Close cooperation with various departments of the company to ensure smooth information flow and timely decision-making.
We need you!
Employee requirements
- Higher university education (preferably in commerce, business management or marketing);
- Knowledge of retail processes;
- Experience in brand management and assortment development;
- Negotiation skills, organization, communication skills, teamwork;
- Good skills in working with Microsoft Excel;
- Very good English language skills;
- Good planning skills, independence, result orientation.
