Nature of work
- Organization and coordination of logistics processes - monitoring orders from their submission to successful delivery, ensuring supply chain efficiency;
- Organization of purchasing raw materials and components required for production and process development;
- Planning the demand for raw materials and components, controlling warehouse balances and timely placing orders with suppliers;
- Searching for suppliers of materials, components and services required for production;
- Monitoring, analyzing the supplier market and searching for new partners;
- Negotiating with suppliers and administering contracts;
- Maintaining long-term relationships with existing Lithuanian and foreign suppliers;
- Ensuring the organization of supply and coordination of logistics processes;
- Cooperation with other departments of the company in order to ensure smooth supply of raw materials to production.
Employee requirements
- You have a higher education (in logistics, supply chain management, economics or a similar field - an advantage);
- You have accumulated successful work experience in the field of procurement or logistics (experience in the manufacturing sector - a great advantage);
- You are fluent in English and Russian, both spoken and written;
- You have strong communication and negotiation skills;
- You have analytical thinking and are able to solve problems quickly and effectively;
- You are able to work with MS Office programs;
- You are independent, responsible and result-oriented;
- You are able to work both in a team and individually;
- You have a category B driver's license.
