About the position:
- planning the demand for materials and components required for production according to the production schedule;
- formation of purchase orders and control of execution in the ERP "Monitor" system: tracking deadlines, approvals, balance management;
- search for new suppliers, negotiating prices and conditions, evaluating suppliers;
- maintaining relationships with existing suppliers, administering price lists and contracts;
- resolving delivery delays and discrepancies with suppliers;
- close cooperation with production, design and sales departments;
- preparation of purchase reports and price dynamics analysis.
We expect from you:
- experience in the field of procurement or supply in a manufacturing company;
- experience in working with an ERP system (with "Monitor ERP" - a great advantage);
- knowledge of reading drawings and material specifications (steel grades, standards) - a great advantage;
- good negotiation and communication skills in Lithuanian, English;
- good computer skills;
- attention, independence, ability to manage several tasks at once;
- category B driver's license.
