A growing real estate development and construction company is looking for a responsible, analytical, and motivated team member to join our team and contribute to the smooth management of construction materials, equipment purchasing, and supply processes.
What tasks are waiting for you?
Planning the procurement of construction materials, equipment and other necessary goods;
Administration of orders to suppliers and control of delivery terms;
Communication with existing suppliers and search for new partners;
Analysis of prices, market and supply conditions;
Negotiations with suppliers to achieve the best prices and conditions;
Report generation and data analysis;
Cooperation with construction managers, project managers, logistics and other teams to ensure a smooth construction process.
