We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join the UAB "Lietpak" team, who will ensure smooth administration of the procurement process and accurate data management. In this position, you will be an important link between suppliers, internal departments and logistics partners, contributing to the efficient organization of the company's activities and ensuring a continuous production process.
What you will do:
- You will administer the procurement process: prepare, manage and maintain procurement documentation from order submission to contract administration.
- You will order transport services and coordinate the delivery process.
- You will monitor the stocks of auxiliary materials and ensure their optimal quantity in the warehouse.
- You will communicate with suppliers, control the execution of orders and resolve supply-related issues.
- You will cooperate with colleagues from production, warehouse and other departments, promptly resolving daily issues.
- You will enter and administer procurement data into the systems used by the company.
What do we expect from you:
- You are meticulous, responsible and able to organize your work independently.
- You are able to plan your time, work systematically and pay attention to details.
- You are curious, want to learn and are not afraid to ask questions.
- You have good computer skills (MS Office).
- You are able to communicate fluently in Lithuanian and communicate in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in procurement, logistics or administration would be an advantage.
