Job description
Management of orders for production raw materials, necessary for the production of water and soft drinks, maintenance of appropriate balances, purchases;
Purchase of goods and orders, based on sales plans. Goods for business customers (coffee, tea, sugar, industrial goods, etc.);
Negotiations with suppliers, search for new suppliers, organization of tenders;
Administration of supplier contracts, purchase documents, certificates;
Control of purchase prices and reporting;
Accounting program Navision;
Work with warehouse management system;
Coordination of supply logistics, quality control of goods and raw materials;
Management, efficiency and optimization of purchasing processes.

Requirements:
Higher education (economics or management would be an advantage);
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to establish long-term relationships with suppliers;
Analytical abilities and orientation to the result;
Good computer skills (MS Office);
Knowledge of foreign languages (English, Russian) would be an advantage;
Work experience in purchasing (production raw materials would be an advantage).
