- Formation, coordination and execution control of orders for suppliers.
- Planning and coordination of goods supply.
- Organization of logistics processes (transport ordering, delivery tracking).
- Analysis of warehouse stocks and replenishment planning.
- Documentation management (invoices, waybills, import documents).
- Cooperation with suppliers, carriers and internal departments.
Employee requirements
- Higher education, engineering education would be an advantage.
- Purchasing experience in a manufacturing company would be an advantage.
- Very good communication and negotiation skills.
- Promptness and constructiveness in solving problems with suppliers.
- Interest in innovations, flexibility, initiative.
- Organization, excellent independent and teamwork skills.
- Good working skills with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
