Nature of work
The Procurement Manager ensures uninterrupted, timely and cost-effective supply of parts, goods and services to the company according to production plans, maintaining established quality standards, specifications and budget frameworks and in close cooperation with internal departments: production, design and development, service departments.
Main responsibilities and tasks:

- Purchasing execution and control: forms orders for suppliers, coordinates and tracks them in the ERP system.
- Supply chain management: plans the supply of goods, organizes and coordinates logistics processes (orders transport, customs, tracks delivery).
- Inventory optimization: analyzes warehouse stocks and plans replenishment in order to minimize costs and ensure production continuity.
- Documentation management: administers all documents related to purchases and imports (invoices, certificates, transport documents).
- Compliance and risk management: ensures that purchases comply with legal acts and company rules; identifies and escalates supply chain risks.
- Process Improvement: applies LEAN methodology to continuously improve supply chain efficiency.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (engineering education is considered an advantage).
- 1-2 years of procurement experience (experience in a manufacturing company is considered an advantage).
- Communication and negotiations: excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English and the ability to effectively negotiate with suppliers, carriers, constructively solve problems and cooperate with internal teams.
- Systems management: advanced work with ERP systems (QAD, SAP, Navision, etc.), MS Excel tools for data analysis and other Microsoft Office programs.
- Analytics and risks: Ability to analyze procurement data and proactively identify and escalate supply risks.
- Legal knowledge: knowledge of international trade rules (Incoterms) and import procedures.
- Process knowledge: application of LEAN methods for process improvement.
- Personal effectiveness: organization, result orientation and ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
