The specialized brand “Candy POP” is more than just delicacies. It is a rapidly growing, international retail chain, led by an ambitious and courageous team. We are growing quickly, together with those who are not afraid to take responsibility. We are currently looking for a Purchasing Manager.
Our story began when the brothers Dovydas and Dominykas Juškiai – the future founders of “Candy POP” – spent their childhood days in the family business. Back then, they had no idea that sticking labels in the warehouse would gradually lead to the ambition of creating their own business.
Today, “Candy POP” has grown to:
A wholesale business, which includes more than 3,000 points of sale in the Baltic States;
A retail chain with more than 30 stores in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland;
An international e-commerce platform;
Candy POP business franchises.

Nature of work:
- Planning of product demand;
- Sales analysis;
- Management of product balances;
- Communication with other departments regarding future orders, campaigns and other sales activities;
- Assistance in negotiations with suppliers, price analysis, improvement of purchase conditions.
Requirements:
- Experience working in the field of procurement;
- Experience working in the FMCG sector;
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles from order to delivery;
- Excellent analytical, planning, organizational skills;
- Computer literacy;
- Good knowledge of English, allowing for smooth communication.
