Nature of work
- You will implement and oversee the company's procurement strategy and procurement procedures.
- You will cooperate with restaurants and existing suppliers, ensuring a smooth supply process.
- You will search for new suppliers, raw materials and goods, organize negotiations and coordinate the procurement process.
- You will organize periodic supplier tenders, analyze offers and select the best solutions.
- You will administer data in the order system, check restaurant invoices and carry out price control.
- You will analyze the market, competitive environment and provide proposals to increase procurement efficiency.
- You will prepare and administer supply contracts and supervise their implementation.
What do we expect?
- At least 1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain, in the HORECA sector
- Analytical thinking and result orientation
- Good planning, organizational and negotiation skills
- English language skills at least B2 level (written and spoken)
- Good skills in working with the MS Office package
- Experience with SH5 would be an advantage
