Nature of work
- Organization and coordination of daily purchases;
- Search for suppliers, evaluation of offers and price comparison;
- Communication and negotiations with suppliers;
- Formation of orders, submission to suppliers and tracking delivery deadlines;
- Monitoring of product balances and timely organization of their replenishment;
- Administration and collection of invoices;
- Preparation of purchase contracts;
- Cooperation with company departments, ensuring smooth supply of goods and services.
We hope you
- You have at least 1-2 years of experience in the field of procurement;
- You are familiar with the main procurement processes and are able to independently organize daily purchases;
- You are able to search for suppliers, evaluate and compare their offers and negotiate for more favorable conditions;
- You are responsible, meticulous, organized and attentive to details;
- You work well with MS Excel;
- You have good oral and written English;
- We will consider experience working with the Rivilė program and work in healthcare or a similar field as an advantage.
