We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join our team and be responsible for the procurement of building maintenance, repair works, engineering systems and technical services.

What will you do with us?
- Organize the procurement of building maintenance, repair and engineering systems and services.
- Search for contractors and suppliers, organize tenders, evaluate offers and negotiate the best commercial terms.
- Analyze work estimates, compare prices, evaluate offers and provide insights into costs and efficiency.
- Ensure the procurement of materials, equipment and other technical goods and services.
- Prepare and coordinate procurement documentation, orders and contracts with contractors and suppliers.
- Expand the list of suppliers and contractors, assess their reliability, quality of work and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
- Work closely with technical departments, project and work managers, ensuring a smooth procurement process.
We hope that
- Experience in construction, building maintenance, repair work or technical services procurement.
- Understand the specifics of construction and engineering systems work, be able to assess the scope of work and estimates.
- Experience in organizing supplier or contractor selections, conducting negotiations and evaluating commercial offers.
- Able to independently plan work, manage several procurement processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Have good analytical skills, know how to work with MS Excel and other MS Office programs.
- Be proactive, responsible, result-oriented and able to make informed decisions.
- Have strong negotiation and communication skills.
