Nature of work
- Providing the company with purchased goods, planning, organizing and controlling the purchase of goods taking into account the needs of the company;
- preparing and implementing projects for expanding the product range, working with existing suppliers, searching for new suppliers, negotiating;
- preparing purchasing documents, managing and administering contracts concluded with suppliers;
- controlling the specifications of purchased goods;
- analyzing the market for materials, special components and services; conducting periodic comparative analysis of suppliers;
- collecting and systematizing data on the company's purchasing needs;
- managing purchase orders in the accounting program;
- implementing purchasing projects;
- preparing various types of reports related to the purchasing process;
- identifying and implementing new opportunities for more effective purchasing decisions;
- participating in LEAN projects and coordinating them.
Employee requirements
- similar work experience;
- dutifulness, organization, honesty;
- ability to work both independently and in a team;
- good English knowledge;
- good knowledge of informatics, SAP - an advantage.
