Purchasing Manager (s)

Assist the supply manager in planning orders and supply processes.
Manage supply, transport and logistics documentation.
Work with accounting software and ERP system (data entry, invoicing, order registration).
Administer documentation related to goods transportation and supplier orders.
Communicate and cooperate with suppliers regarding prices, deadlines and order progress.
Provide reports to management and help organize supply chain processes.
Perform other administrative tasks related to the activity.

Higher education or equivalent.
Ability to complete tasks quickly and accurately.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Good knowledge of English (written and oral).
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Communicative, responsible, conscientious, independent and quick-witted.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

Experience in the field of supply, logistics or administration.
Working with the accounting program Rivile is an advantage.
Good skills in using Microsoft 365 (M365).
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. B1, Navision, SAP).
Driver's license (category B).
