We are looking for an experienced procurement specialist who sees raw material procurement not as an administrative process, but as a business result-creating function. We will entrust you with one of the most important areas of the company's activity - all raw material procurement and international supply chain management.
What will we entrust to you:
- Analyze Lithuanian and international raw material markets, price trends and supply risks.
- Search, evaluate and select new raw material producers and suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, quantities, payment, delivery and other commercial terms.
- Plan purchases, ensure continuity of supply and optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinate import processes and documents with logistics, carriers, declarants and the State Food and Agriculture Organization of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Evaluate supplier performance, total acquisition costs and seek more effective purchasing solutions.
- Analyze procurement results and provide insights and recommendations to management.
What to expect:
- Experience in procurement, international trade, supply chain or related field.
- Ability to independently search for suppliers, evaluate alternatives and conduct negotiations.
- Commercial and analytical thinking and the ability to base decisions on numbers.
- Ability to manage multiple processes, priorities and deadlines.
- Good English – it will be a daily part of the work. Knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage.
- Responsibility for results, initiative and orientation towards solutions.
