Your responsibilities:
- Organizing the supply of raw materials from Lithuanian and foreign suppliers
- Analysis of warehouse balances and ensuring optimal inventory levels
- Maintaining long-term relationships with existing suppliers and searching for new suppliers
- Ensuring a smooth supply process in cooperation with other departments
- Assisting the direct manager in implementing daily and strategic tasks
- Market monitoring, attending exhibitions
- Negotiations with suppliers
What do we expect from you:
- Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently solve problems and make decisions
- Ability to plan time and meet deadlines
- Good computer skills (MS Office/Microsoft 365)
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- English language skills (Russian - an advantage)
- Similar work experience (in a manufacturing company - a big advantage)
